PortSIP IVR SDK(PortIVR) is a powerful Software
Development Kit that allows companies to turn their
vision of an interactive call flow into reality, usually
it used for create IVR server. It’s built on SIP RFC
standard. The product has been proven around the world
to be flexible, robust, and reliable. It's designed for
instead of the Dialogic HMP.
The diagram below depicts PortIVR typical network
topography. The IVR system is connected to a telephone
network(PSTN) through which it can send and receive
calls. And PortIVR supports direct VoIP connectivity,
your system can also be stationed anywhere with an
Internet connection. For example, a call originating
from India can terminate directly via IP to an IVR
Server in the United States.

PortIVR generally simplify architectures, eliminate the
need for costly and inflexible vertical structures and
also significantly reduce the need for specialized
skills in the service development field. PortIVR include
a set of components that provide a service’s delivery
architecture (such as service creation, session control
and protocols) for a type of service, and bridge the gap
between PSTN and Internet networks by combining
technologies that deliver services to end-user
communication devices.
PortIVR integrates these (PSTN and IP Networks)
capabilities and the creation of services beyond
technology and network boundaries. It is optimized for
the delivery of services within IMS, Mobile, TDM, WEB
and hybrid environments, and integrates a robust and
scalable service control environment, an award-winning
service creation environment. With its integration of
third-party technologies and other low-level SIP
communications capabilities, the PortIVR is well suited
for today’s and tomorrow's SIP IVR networks.
