PortSIP PBX v22.3.22 represents one of our most significant releases to date. This version introduces a new real-time analytics architecture, deep CRM integration, AI-powered transcription, and enterprise-grade security and administration controls, helping service providers deliver competitive UCaaS, CCaaS, and Cloud PBX services at scale.

Introducing the Data Flow Service
The new Data Flow Service enables real-time analytics, advanced reporting, and scalable data processing.
Even as Call Detail Records (CDRs) and agent activity logs scale into the tens of billions of records, the system continues to deliver sub-millisecond response times.

CRM Integration (Zoho & HubSpot)

Unified interaction tracking across the PortSIP PBX and PortSIP ONE App
CRM Contacts Category
A new CRM Contacts section clearly separates CRM-synchronized contacts from local contacts, improving usability and data clarity for agents and supervisors.

AI Transcription Service
PortSIP PBX v22.3.22 introduces automatic transcription for calls and voicemails using AWS and Microsoft Azure AI services.
Supports both live calls and voicemails
Transcriptions are available in the PBX Web Portal and the PortSIP ONE App

Multiple System Administrators
Support for creating multiple system administrator accounts, removing single-admin limitations.

Enhanced Audit Logging
Audit logging has been expanded with additional filters and more detailed tracking of administrator and user activity.

Virtual Receptionist Security
Administrators can now block direct extension dialing from the Virtual Receptionist to prevent callers from bypassing IVR menus.
Queue and Ring Group Enhancements
Night Mode can be configured per IVR, Queue, or Ring Group
Queue Exit Options allow callers to leave a queue proactively
Configurable Agent Wrap-Up Time
Periodic Announcements during queue waiting
Agent Pause Codes for improved reporting accuracy
Trunk Enhancements
Support for the tel: URI scheme
